Getting started
It is simple to set up your personal account and submit your abstract!
First of all, click on the button below marked 'Click here for your first connexion' and follow the steps:
1- Enter your email address. It will be used to log into your personal account each time you visit the website.
2- Create your password. Your password should be easy for you to remember, something personal and at least 8 characters long.
3- Enter your personal information. All boxes with * are mandatory information and you will not be able to save your details unless these are completed.
A summary of your account information will appear on the screen. To finalize the procedure, please be sure to click on "Create Account", otherwise your information will not be saved.
Please remember your login name and password! You will need them later to log into the system after a decision has been made for your abstract.
Information will be sent only to the "contact author", to the e-mail address registered on login. This is why we recommend you provide the contact details of the presenting author when creating your author account.
The messages sent by the platform may be considered as Spam/Junk. Please check your Junk/Spam folder.
Submission guidelines
Before submitting your abstract, thank you for paying attention to the following guidelines:
=> Your abstract must be submitted in ENGLISH.
However, submission of abstracts in French is permitted.
=> Your abstract will have to be allocated to a specific category:
- Basic and translational
- Epidemiology
- Clinical
- Therapy
- Bone Marrow transplant and gene therapy excluded
- Bone marrow transplant and gene therapy
=> The abstract must respect the following framework:
- Background- Introduction
- Materials and methods
- Results
- Discussion - Conclusion
=> Your abstract (without the title and the list of authors) must not exceed
500 words.
=> You will have to give at least
3 keywords.
=> Possibility of 2 figures or tables.
If you want to include figures or tables, please save them in image format (*.jpeg / *.jpg / *.png / *.gif ) and follow the procedure for inserting images.
Your tables and your images, to be legible, must not exceed 8 cm and must be called in the body of the abstract and have a legend.
=> In order to avoid problems of incompatibility, we ask you to prepare your text with the
Arial font, size 12. The text must be
single spaced. Each paragraph has to start without any heading.
Then, you will have to copy and paste the text (without the title and the list of authors) in the dedicated fields for this purpose using the appropriate icon
.
Title and author’s names will have to be typed out in separate fields.
=> The contents of your abstract will have to be for purely scientific purpose. Any commercial promotion is prohibited, even involuntary.
Modifications
You will be able to modify your submission until the deadline.
After this date, no changes will be possible.
Selection process
Abstracts will be assessed by reviewers. The best proposals will be considered for oral or poster presentations.
Results will be sent by email only to the "contact", to the e-mail address registered as login.
Registration
The acceptance of an abstract does not mean free-of-charge participation. Registration, travel and accommodation will remain at the charge of abstract presenters.
